Ferrari 599 Throws Tea Party, Gets Porcelain Finish

Porcelain Ferrari 599

China is becoming an important market for the Italian stallion, so Ferrari has produced 12 special-edition 599's for the red flag, all slated to be delivered in the next year. The SE 599's feature a two-tone paint job and include a start button that glows a shade of jade, a tach that features traditional Chinese characters and some luggage with the The Silk Road stiched into the fine leather.

As if that wasn't enough, Lu Hao is a Chinese artist who want's to make one of the SE's even more special. A cracked-glaze pattern has been applied to every exterior panel, giving it one of the most unique finishes in the world. It'll be auctioned off for charity in Beijing on November 3rd.
